The strength and conditioning gym I go to, DeFranco's Training, is holding their annual "strongman" contest on Saturday 7/18 in Wayne.

Spectators get in for $10 at the door, competitors need to pre-register for $50. All proceeds go to charity.
They have divisions for high school athletes, college/pro athletes, and military/fire/LEO officers. I have no idea where "Amateur MMA fighters" fit in here, I'm not strong enough to keep up with the high school kids so I'm just going to watch not participate.
I'm going, and I thought I'd let everyone at AFS know in case anyone wants to watch it or join in.
