One cool thing in Japan was that after any hard effort, win or lose, people would come tell you "otsukaresama deshita!" It basically means "You worked hard" and is meant to convey their respect for your effort. Made me feel like, okay, good or bad, I put in my effort and that counts. It sucks to lose but you all stepped up. So...to all five of you guys, otsukaresama deshita. You all put in really hard work at the gym and I'm looking forward to training with you guys after you rest up.
